30/30 Reps/Days

Access to daily videos to the 2021 30 reps in 30 days challenge. Each video starts with a demonstration of 3 exercises. Do 1 30x, 3 10x each, or any combination. Do them on your own or stay on and complete 30 reps with me and my family!

Short

Access to individual tracks to arms, legs, booty, cardio, etc. Take when you’re short on time or put a few together and build your own class!
